Marv Boilfist gives you this quest after you finish the A Missing Husband quest from his wive Mav Boilfist in Graystone Yard.
Marv wants you to recover 8 barrels from underwater near the dock in Oakmyst. Swim down and harvest the barrels, but be careful not to drown.
Return to Marv and he says you brought back more than his barrels. You brought a barrel of Blackburrow Stout, which he gives to you. He tells you to bring the stout to Lieutenant Charlin, which completes the quest.
