This quest is in the journal as Level 35 Heroic. (Not 40.) It should be at least 40, however. I got spanked several times early on attempting to do this with an Illusionist chronoed down from 81 to 50. Not recommended for a solo if you're still trying to get green exp unless you are a plate wearer and can take a serious beating - even with Illusionist mez, the npcs (ranging from 42 the lowest I saw to 45) left hit hard and love squishy casters. ;)

First off the quest is in my journal as an L35 quest (non heroic). Not L40 as listed above.

Secondly the Tower of the Drafling has 43-plus HEROIC mobs...

I've finished last night, but i got the item's mitigation is 195, and the info show in the site is plate armor, why the screenshot show heavy armor

Plate Armor and Heavy Armor are the same. Sony unfortunately changed the whole naming convention of armor/weapons when Splitpaw launched, they have also changed mitigation values on all items multiple times since release. As a result some of the screenshots in the database show the old style armor still: Heavy Armor = Plate, Medium Armor = Chain, Light Armor = Leather, Very Light Armor = Cloth and/or old mitigation or stat values. In general if the screenshot and the data show different values, then the data is most likely up to date while the screenshot is not.

Yes i have also seen the lev 38 ^^^ x 2 sherriff Moppet. he looks quite good actually and is enourmous compared to the normal moppets.

Finished this last night, kill the listed bixies for autoupdates. After you have gotten all updates return to Sir tatters for teh following reward:

This concludes Sir tatters quests.

Note:
Ive been to drafling tower a few times in the past, but now that i had this quest i came across Sheriff Moppet (lvl 38^^^ grp 2 mob) near the intersection after Jum Jum refinery.

When i returned to finish the quest there was a dialogue option for commenting the moppet, which gives a little extra story to the tower, no idea about its relevance or whatnot, just a little sidenote ;)
