Hailing Gribbly the Gallant in the jail cells initiates this quest.

He asks you to kill Drovbaaz the Restrainer, It's reported that killing his placeholder, an Awakened Cellkeeper, will also give the update, to get his keys

Then take the keys to Lady Erillis in Hidden Refuge under the water fall in Tenebrous Tangle. She will thank you profusely and then tells you to go back into the Scaleborn to speak with the Amygdalan Xhorroz, who can be found in an alcove on the left side of the Invoker Pool room ( -129, 78, 205 )
