Speak to Osh at 4281, -1076, 1454 Copy in Cobalt Scar to begin this quest.

1. Explore the water southwest of Osh. Update is at 4956, -1093, 2084 Copy .
2. Return to Osh.
3. Collect 9 shells, 3 nets and 3 pieces of driftwood.
4. Speak to Osh.
5. Use the pile of shells, netting and driftwood item Osh gives you three times.
6. Place totems on the sparkling locations around the rock camp.
7. Return to Osh to complete the quest.
