eq2 quest:Striking Back at the Goblins (Scout)  

This quest is given by Vladiminn on the Isle of Refuge after you have completed the Scouting the Goblin Camp quest.

He sends you out to gather four wolf harnesses. These can be found on Battle Wolves, but they are a semi-rare drop.

After obtaining all four return to Vladiminn for your reward.
