- Kill 10 obol soulwings for meat.
- Speak to Blackhowl. Click the flames next to him.
- You'll receive a 15 minute buff, Drinal's Blessing. You can receive it again by returning to the flames in the future.
- Speak again to Blackhowl to complete the quest.
