Speak to Lieutenant Rockshatter in the New Combine Foothold at -3622, -783, -207 begin the quest.
- Investigate and map the K'val Ruins:
- Entrance of K'val Ruins: -3260, -717, -753
- Larger area of ruins: -3257, -717, -1084
- Lookout points in ruins: -3306, -607, -739
- Commander's area in ruins: -3676, -719, -1112
- Return to Lieutenant Rockshatter to complete the quest.
