- Speak to Farmer Helver, who is at Sayer's Outfitters in Antonica ( -721, -16, 222 ) .
- Speak to Clerk Feld in the Qeynos Hold (bank) in North Qeynos.
- Return to Rinna in Elddar Grove.
- Find Queen Antonia's Courier Laventy in the Capitol District. She is outside The Sovereign House of Qeynos in South Qeynos at 570, -15, 201
- Speak to Clerk Feld again.
- Deliver payment to the the farmers in Antonica near the aquaduct at -134, -15, -75 . Get ambushed by three vv shifty farmers of your level.
- Take the payment to Farmer Helver, at Sayer's Outfitters.
- Return to Rinna.
