I don't think Baubbleshire is an available zone anymore.

Rondo Roundstew is worried about his friend Maela Meadows. Maela has helped Rondo deal with his own problems on numerous occasions and Rondo would like to return the favor. Unfortunately Maela isn't very open about her own problems. Rondo hopes that she will be a bit more forthcoming with someone who she doesn't already have a friendship with. He said she would be by the waterfall.

Stage 1

I need to see if I can help Maela deal with any problems she may have.

Start:	I need to speak with Maela Meadows near the waterfall in southeastern Baubbleshire.
Complete:	I have spoken with Maela, she didn't have much to say.

Start:	I should return to Rondo.
Complete:	I have spoken with Rondo.

I was unable to help Maela, but Rondo has another plan.

Maela wasn't very forthcoming, but Rondo has another plan to help her out.

This is the first quest in the halfling racial progression series. It is given by Rondo "The Belly" Roundstew in The Baubbleshire (+947, -436).

You must speak to Maela Meadows at +857, -417 in The Baubbleshire and then return to Rondo for your reward.

This opens up the Helping a Friend, Again quest.
