I found an old note written by someone named Yentu. The note is old, though its advice may still be useful. I should train myself against the glacial constructs of Everfrost.

Stage 1

I will defeat the glacial constructs by controlling my emotions.

Start:	Destroy ten glacial constructs.
Complete:	I've destroyed ten glacial constructs.

I was able to defeat the glacial constructs by controlling my emotions and not letting them get the best of me.

Perhaps my soul has grown stronger as the note said, but the tangible bounty found among the constructs was more satisfying.

This quest is initiated by examining the item "Glacial Construct". This item is dropped on monsters in Everfrost (northern stags confirmed).

You must slay 10 Glacial Constructs in Everfrost. These can be found in the ice caves near Undertow then you must speak to Darvon Farfall in Everfrost at +211, +52.
