In order to properly rebuild the Bite of the Wolf, Tilzax V'Reryn needs me to collect a number of components. I need woven natural sinew, a mechanically precise balancing core, and a copy of the scroll detailing the ritual. The woven natural sinew is a specialty of the Synod Reet in the Kunzar Jungle. The scroll was kept by a druid who was last seen heading into the Jarsath Wastes to study the Yha-lei. The balancing core Tilzax is not sure where to get, but believes it will be found on a mechanical construct of some sort.
