Integrating into Kelethin's fae society requires me to remove diseased creatures before they can infect the rest of Greater Faydark. Lady Katri Eloranta told me that the fae have managed to keep these creatures contained on Green Knoll, but have been unable to heal them completely.

Stage 1

There are diseased creatures on Green Knoll here outside Kelethin that I must destroy before the infection spreads.

After I completed the task of destroying diseased creatures, Lady Katri explained that the fae do not believe in unnecessary violence, using it only as a last resort.
