Just like in LotRO, when you target a mob in SotA, a coloed disk appears at their feet and rotates with runes around the edge. In this case the runes are Elder Futhark instead of Tolkien's Angerthas.
What the runes say is "Plate - Blade - Yield - Ranged - Gambeson - Bludgeon - Flail - Polearm"

And, in Release 1, all the signs in front of all the buildings translate to "For Sale".

March 28, 2014 Release 4 - They have replaced the Elder Futhark runes with their own unique runes on all artwork with in the game.
As soon as I learn the new runes I will post something. I assume the meanings are much the same.
