I met with Ferwah Shieldwall in Tenebrous Tangle, who informed me that she and a few of her colleagues had come across a species of large lizards they call wind komodos. Apparently, these creatures appeared suddenly, and have been attempting to nest on the surface, but have been under attack from the nearby wyrms. Ferwah has asked that I find a way to help the creatures.

I was able to rescue the wind Komodo eggs, and found that a grateful komodo has chosen to come with me as a companion. It seems that the droags had driven the wind komodos from their nests in the cliffs under the floating islands, and were planning to use their eggs in sacrificial rituals. I was able to drive back the drakes, retrieve the stolen eggs, and protect the komodos from droag attacks. It seems that one of the wind komodos was quite grateful for my involvement, and has bonded itself to me.
