A Crumpled Note (Qeynos Harbor)  

Killing Bloodsabers in The Down Below will occasionally result in a Crumpled Scroll as loot. There are several different versions of these notes which each give a different NPC to turn the note in to. Simply give it to the NPC to complete the quest. We'll fill in the NPC names and locations as they become available.

• Mage at the Three Towers: Amren Talbot in South Qeynos
• Warrior at the Hall of Steel: Sir Aidan Godard in Qeynos Harbor
• Priest in the Temple of Life: Priest Ian Turner in North Qeynos
