Speak with Kellaen Mednevn at the Rime camp at Murkdwellers River

I must speak with Kyena the Eastern Lord

Kyena rides from near The City of Jinisk, south past The Tabernacle of Pain, to the bridge over Murkdwellers River. You can wait for him at the bridge.

Collect 10 Rubble-rabble pointy sticks from Rubble-rabble burrowers and detectors
Return to Kyena

If you are having trouble finding the rider, speak to Ride Watcher Zakor at 657,-89,564 . This works just like Find NPC with a guard.

Afterwards, he tells you that you may serve in KJ or Fens. Fens gives you the quest, A Pointy Delivery. Say KJ and he tells you that you may refill provisions here in KJ. This should unlock the box of bones and leather.

Kellaen Mednevn, an officer in the mysterious army that is invading Kunark, was convinced by my illusion spell that I am part of the Order of Rime, like she. She has told me to speak to Kyena the Eastern Lord, one of the feared Riders of Rime. They have a task for me.

Stage 1

Kellaen wants me to speak to Kyena the Eastern Lord, one of the feared Riders of Rime. Riders can be hard to track down, but I can always speak to Zakor, a Ride Watcher, for direction. She works much like city guards that way.

Start:	I must speak to Kyena the Eastern Lord, Rider of Rime, in Kunzar Jungle.
Complete:	I have spoken to Rider of Rime Kyena.

I have spoken to Rider of Rime, Kyena the Eastern Lord.

Stage 2

I must slay Rubble-rabble burynai near their burrows in Kunzar Jungle.

Start:	I must collect the Rubble-rabble pointy-twigs from Rubble-rabble burrowers and detectors.
Complete:	I have the Rubble-rabble pointy-twigs.

I have the Rubble-rabble pointy-twigs.

Stage 3

I should return to Rider of Rime, Kyena the Eastern Lord, in Kunzar Jungle now that I have the pointy-twigs. I can always speak to Zakor, a Ride Watcher, for direction, if the Rider is hard to track down.

Start:	I should return to Rider of Rime Kyena in Kunzar Jungle now that I have the Rubble-rabble pointy-twigs.
Complete:	I spoke with Rider of Rime Kyena.

I returned to Rider of Rime, Kyena the Eastern Lord, with the Rubble-rabble pointy-twigs.

Kyena the Eastern Lord, one of the feared Riders of Rime, had ordered me to slay Rubble-rabble burrowers and detectors for their pointy-twigs. They have need of them in Fens of Nathsar, apparently.

According to eq2i you need -1900 faction for this quest. I had over 14k natural faction but was unable to get the quest until I used the disguise. Apparently you need to continue using this even after it stops buffing your faction.
