I successfully hunted down several T'Rethir thinbloods in the Nerian Highlands.

Speak to Vicaonar K'Xaar east of Wanderlust Fair at 78, -50, -76 to begin this quest.

They are in the ruined village north of the ghoulish Nerians. ( -12,-28,-394 )
