This is by far one of the most overpowered items I have found so far for its level. The clickable effect allows you to take control of anything up to level 34^^^ and the possibilities that gives makes it incredible. The dps increase of a 34^^^ pet can make a mob you couldn't hope of soloing a breeze for quite a while.
Just got done using one of Malthus everlings kids to beat him up while I blew him away.
