Was pretty easy to get it for me,all i did was walkd up to him killed him and te drop for the flail and an adept,i was lucky enough to win the Flail.Very strong for a Priest Class

This weapon is incredible..Its extremely rare ive killed the lietenant many times and have only got adepts.
