She will respond to you if your faction with the Temple is good. Otherwise, giving her your quest items could lead to a big mistake. She took two bars of enchanted platinum from me when I tried going for the cleric's Shield of Devout. Be careful. The only way I know to improve faction with the temple is to go hunting LOTS of shadow men. I would suggest the ones in Lessor Faydark myself. I think there are a couple of quests available as well, but I don't have any details on them.

I tried to 'Hail' her to see if she would give me info on some of her quests, but she ignores me. Do i just hand her my quest items without saying anything?

Supposedly, this is the NPC that folks give their enchanted platinum bars to in order to get them vulcanized. Haven't tried it out yet, but the sources I've checked all seem to agree.
