Popped for us in the second room off the main basement loop at loc 2407, -559, -327.
Word of caution, after getting blinded, you get tossed out in the main loop, make sure you clear enough mobs out there.

a rare creature
The Slothlord (click for map image) spawns as a roamer in the eastern cave connected to the main room in the underground area (around /loc 2400, -560, -327).
