Confirmed he gates without giving a casting message. Made things .. . interesting. Summoned me up top, Fabled Trackanon banished me and left the poor wizard to fend for himself! /FD on!

Did him again tonight but with Fabled Trak in the room. 75 mage soloable still however you need to do a few things.

1) I cleared all roamers near the bridge.
2) parked pet and set guard point slightly past the cutout wall section so he was close enough to pull Tolapumj from above.
3) send pet in to kill Tolapumj's pet. His pet didnt last long and the golems didnt agro. Once pet died I just hit my /pet hold /pet backoff hotkey to bring both pet and Tolapumj (single) to the cubby cutout area near the bridge.
4) popped swarm aa's, etc, etc RS pet and just nuke him fast.
5) at 20% ish he must be burned down asap or he will get gate off and appear up top. If he does gate, he will summon the pet as well. He did do this a few times to me but hitting my hotkey again will pull pet/Tolapumj back down no problem. Note that he will gate and pop with 35%? hp's.
6) at 10% you have be be in a full burn mode this means swarm pets, RS, well times nuke, etc etc, pretty much just throw everything but the kitchen sink. A well timed RServent pet and nuke from me took him from 10-0% before gate went off so he just died on the spot.
Can be Soloed by Pally with WoT....

I just Soloed him..... I am Lvl 75 Pally 17.8k Hps 3185 AC Buffed.... All I did was keep Ward of Tunare up and got the Golems around him to Add during the Fight and their Misses Kept me alive and used 1 HoT Potion.....
And I think his hardest hit on me may have been 1k....

Almost. ALMOST trioed by 3 mages. Got him down to 30, but then a jugg popped on us and broke the chain. This was all with Fabled Trakk up also and lemme tell ya, if you want a buzz, try pulling around that SoB. So yeah. Doable with a group, or less if they're good. =)

We attempted him twice by pulling him to the tunnel area before the bridge, and both times he gated back when he got low on hp. Is it possible to run the group to the Fabled Tolapumj's spawn site even with Fabled Trakkanon up?

We were able to take him down, guess the third time was a charm. Btw, he can charm too.

thats what we had when we took him down

my enc loves the robe
hits for 1500 alot slowable by enc all his spells are magic based he wasnt that hard

at level 73? what do you think? Probably wacks ya hard being fabled. and i am sure they arent gonna give you the robe that easy.

Its a 1 group mob though, serious overcon.

Very fire resistant but magic and cold based spells sticks, attempts to gate at 20% -> 1% which make things difficult especially if Fabled Trak is up, Tola is immune to stuns so you have to move him around once he reaches 20%, mage CoW is very good against this one.

Mage CoW = Child of Wind?

We were killing this fabled mob and anticipated its attempt to gate. As soon as i saw the mob's gate casting message, i fired a knockback stun spell. The stun landed with the mob moving from knock back effect. However, soon after, it gated out. Aren't knockback stuns suppose to interrupt the casting of gate or is this mob somehow unaffected by it?

NPC's have a high channelling skill, knockback almost never intertupts them. Also since he was level 73 none of the stuns were actually stunning him.
