Fabled Wurm MeatOk, this thing is pretty highly spell resistant. I tried belly casting too and it didn't help. As a 72 necro, I was able to get tap dots to stick and my druid was able to get a swarm spell to stick as well.
At first tho, I just tried to pet tank it and the bugger kept resetting. So I went and stood under her belly and cast tap dots and melee'd. Went down finally, but was close because my merc was just about out of mana after she reset 5-6 times. Gotta keep a player aggro on her or she will reset, so might as well just run up to her spawn point ans camp her belly til she is dead.

Popped resistant at beginning of fight to mitigate cold proc.
Merc went oom at about 40% and resistant was down so poped Unholy aura and finished her off with about 30% mana left.

Tried this today as a pretty weakly geared 70 ranger. First time around I assumed she would be cake, as I was running around and killing all the fableds in the zone which was easy. So, I charged in and found this was the most difficult one yet. In fact, I got her to 6% before biting the dust. (Healer merc ran OOM.)
Second time around I made sure to fully buff and really concentrate. This time I won, but healer merc had just run OOM, so 10 more seconds and I would have been dirt napping. Dropped Fabled Wurm Meat for me.

The entire group has to be completely in the room with her or she will continue to reset. She conned green to my level 76 mage but wasn't really a problem once we were all in the room. She went down pretty quickly. Dropped the Fabled Wurm Meat and Words of Oblivion

Three times now she has reset in the middle of the fight. Simply walks back to her spot and regens to full. None of the remaining DoTs do any damage and she just ignores me. Any attempt to re-intiate combat is likewise ignored. Seems like she is bugged somehow.
I hit her with an arrow at a moderate range, and got the 30 second waiting for OOC regeneration hour glass timer. Only when I got in melee range did I enter combat with her. This may be bugged behavior, or it may be related to the behavior of the non fabled version. Gratz wiz who got the aug.
66,875 HP; overall DPS of 108. Max hit was 593. Long fight for a 67 PAL and 70 BST!
Took lvl70 warrior and 67 cleric for heals. Easy done with keeping warrior healed with Complete heals. Resisted Mark of the Kings and cleric nukes. Was disappointed that drop was wurm aug and a white tunic with ac8, int +3, SV Cold +5, and crystallized Sulfur, doh. Guess aug really isn't that bad, but I expected more after the 5 min fight.

Solo'd by me, 70 Ranger. Used 2 HoT pots and a few self heals. Ranged fight, used TS at start. Was close but was able to get it done.

Killed her twice in a row... spawn time was right at 10 hours.

im a lvl 70 cleric and i solo this dragon. with good mana pool summoned hammer don ds she wasnt that hard, but did take most of my mana to kill her ^_^

Killed her today with a 70pally/70druid I was unable to land a single spell on her with druid so only dps was pally and DS for 60ish. Nedless to say it took about 20 mins. Pally had Cold Resist 282 and resited most of her DD. With druid not nuking he had lots of mana for heals ended fight with 75% mana on druid. Droped the aug - still buged.
She spawns in the usual Broodmother spot, i think it is the first cave on the left.

Was the druid in melee range to cast? Chances are she's a belly caster if she resisted everything.
Easily soloable as an sk.
Spells landed fine being right on her the entire fight. Backed up a few feet, and everything resisted. So need to be right in her face.
Highest hit was 441,about twice. Lots of 40 - 150ish hits.
A couple 200 and 300 here and there.
