Killed him today with a 55 mage, was easy cept for the adds that spawned took about 3 min. dropped the totem, dropped Rokgus Sticker, and Rokgus Eye. really easy kill.
Piece of cake

Downed him with my 60 DRU this morning, and starting with only 30% mana.

Obviously, as a fabled, he can't be rooted or snared. No prob; I had SoE on and could run as fast backward as he could forward. I dropped the three buzzies on him, ran out a bit, medded up (unless an add popped in, which I simply rooted), lathered, rinsed and repeated.

The items weren't great shakes for a DRU, but it was a fun little hunt.
soloed with 52 ranger

I went looking for the Fabled Soothsayer Dregzak, but this guy was the only fabled up. Both Dregzak and Rokgus are located in the center room of a three room cave located approximately -1800, -500.

I had all self buffs in place plus virtue, elixir of clarity and speed. His high hit was around 150 with a 1000 AC. I quickly realized I could not stand toe to toe with him. Root and snare would not hold, so I resorted to DOT and back pedaling with my bow. He is fast but in wolf form you can keep away form him. You can also move fast enough that if you pick up an add while running around the zone you will out run the argo range of the add. It took awhile and I had to recast Swarm of Pain and Stinging Swarm about three or four times and I used about 60 arrows but he went down.

Logged on this morning and got Dregzak’s earring. He was a much easier fight.

Tried this guy tonight. Didn't break a sweat. He was light blue.

Slow stuck first try without debuffing but he is immune to run speed changes. I didn't use any other debuffs. I was fully buffed and puppy had FoSoul and SLTW only.

A Pox of Bertoxxulous and two Bane of Nife's plus puppy and he was toast before the second BoN ran out. I healed puppy (Kragg's) once during the fight and had Replenishment on myself. Had a Stalagknight add during the fight but I dotted him and then root parked him to die.

Dropped the Fabled Idol, Rukgus sticker and the Eye of Rokgus.

I may have to bring my Warrior back for another Idol. Decent AC ranged item for the effort.

Took him down with a 65 ranger, 40% starting mana (kind of dumb, but zone was crowded), no virt, but otherwise buffed up pretty good. Cleared the caves and attacked him right there - got him down to about 40%, then had to run him to BW zoneline. He kept up with wolf form pretty good, but I was able to sink a few arrows in him and heal myself along the way. A couple of gobby repops made my job a little harder, healing him on the way out of the caves.

Managed to kill him by the zoneline, with around 10% health left. A strategy is definitely a good idea, but he hits pretty hard (200+) for a lblue.

I soloed this guy with my 67 warrior. Only buffs i had was virtue and self haste.

I cleared path from entrance to his room, then i pulled him out of cave and straight across til you reach the mountainside.
I had a few adds during fight that i took out, a giant and a brute. Had to use Healing Will disc twice while running him around in circles and finished him off with Mighty Strike after i hit 30% or so. Hits up to 200-300. Doesnt summon.

If i could do it the 65 pally should be able too. Sometimes you just have to create a strategy besides just fighting in the mobs room.

First of all, you are 2 levels above me. Second, you do more DPS than a paladin. Third, you have more means to stun and cause damage (i.e. kick and dual weild). If I had been level 67 I probably could have taken him down by myself. It was a close fight. As I mentioned, he was immune to stun and root, two of the most important spells a soloing paladin uses.

He's pretty tough.. As a 65 pally I couldn't solo him because he is immune to stuns and roots. Not to mention that another fabled mob, the Fabled Soothsayer Dregzak, spawns in the same small room with about 4 regular goblins that have a super fast respawn timer. The Fabled Soothsayer I could solo no problem though, even with adds. Dropped a Fabled Earring of Essence.

The Fabled Chief also dropped the regular Chief items, RokGus sticker, eye, and goblin skin.
