68 mage with child of wind... rampage has a longer reach than the spell i was using to chain heal my elemental pet... if i hadnt already had a taskmaster's pouch, id have been happier over soloing him, had to leave it to rot

Flurry and rampage are totally different. Tangled with this guy tonight and he definately rampages, he did not flurry is unslowable and immune to changes in run speed.
Unslowable, rampages, not snareable.
