Not Lavakins at all, "a nestling" is the PH. If standing next to silver/gold vendors facing towards ramp up, go around to left side of ramp, first nestlings up against left wall is PH as well may be possible for the PH to be the roamer that roams to that location. Kill repeatedly, loot clays/range item.
