Level seems to be able to vary, currently got him on target with my Bard and is dark blue to 68. Mob doesn't summon and easy to kite as a bard as the shadowstep doesn't really make any difference.

His PH is a slinking jaguar on Monkey Island. Best strat I can give you is onve based on what I did... I box mage,chanter,dru and cleric. I did a HoT on my guys, cast raging servant on the mob, then sent pet, and swarm pets, tashed, slowed, and everybody nuked. It doesnt' have a lot of HP but it will shadowstep one person or pet on the agro list. I find that the swarm pets, raging servant and mage pet keep that mob off me, and free to nuke. It drops fast and runs at low health.
