Spawns in the NW cave, of the 5 caves down in the undead area. Ph is the left mob just inside the cave as you are entering the cave, just beware the roamer. Can be killed before the roamer comes back, if you time the roamers fartherst trek into the cave correctly. Roamers path takes it to 3 different areas, near the fire pit, near the named ph, and just outside the entrance to the cave.

Dropped arm clay for me.
His PH is the one in front of the "group of three".
I killed the static spawn just to the right of the cave entrance (going in), waited for the roamer to go down the tunnel and then sicked pets, slowed, began nuking etc. No other mob in the room aggro'd. He hits hard.
Edit: forgot to add. There is a tiny, tiny safe spot in the SE corner of the room. Everyone was shrunk in order to fit in without getting aggro from any mob.
