Old Rusty can spawn from any of the three guards at the stairs leading up to the Upper Floors. He hits for a max ~6,800.

Please add Abstruse Remnant of Greed to his loot table, he dropped one for me tonight.
he spawned on the right side of the stairs for me was his normal loot table no abstruse item.

Old Rusty can spawn from any of the three, "a fright guard", that are at stairs. Left side , right side, or infront of the Grandfather Clock.
