Tainted  

This quest is given by Deianeira at +181, +5.7, +111. This quest works well for those doing the Into the Tainted Forest quest which is given by Predator Sha'dur next to Deinara. We recommend you do these two together.

The first order of business is to clear the Tainted Forest of Toxic Crawlers. You do this by killing four of them. They are located along the right hand wall in the southeast corner of the Tainted Forest.

After killing the fourth you will find a Parchment Scrap. Examine this (by right clicking it) to advance the quest. You then need to find another parchment scrap to try to piece it together. You do this by killing another Toxic Scrawler. Once you receive the next parchment you should examine it.

You must then head to rockpile in the southeast corner here, near where the sticks are located for the Into the Tainted Forest quest. What your looking for is called a Piece of Parchment and it spawns on the ground at +95, +1.9, +124. Double click it to grab it and then examine it like you did the others.

You now must slay Direspike. He will spawn as soon as you go near the rockpile. He is a level 4 spider and he drops some decent loot. After killing him return to Deianeira for your reward.
