eq2 quest:Striking Back at the Goblins (Priest)  

This quest is given by Nathinthia after you complete the Venom Sac Collection quest.

She asks you to collect 4 totems from Gruttooth Brutes. These are found in north, outside of town. The totem do not drop every time, but are not too uncommon.

Return to Nathinthia for your reward after collecting four.
