Ok, so you've killed Harla Dar, Lord Vyemm, Talendor and Gorenaire, and you're ready for Deathtoll, right? Not quite yet.

It seems that Fitzpitzle, the mad gnome, has laid a little obstacle in your path.. a flame shield that activates when you get a short distance into Deathtoll. In order to go any farther, you are going to need to find a way around.

Fortunately for you, Lord Nagafen in Solusek's Eye has the solution. He presents you with an unlikely gift: One of his own scales, which his master armorer crafts into a very nice shield for you that will allow you to pass the flame shield (if equipped) and delve deeper into Deathtoll.

Lord Nagafen has given me an amulet that is imbued with the marks of the fallen leaders of the Awakened. I can use this amulet to enter the necropolis of Deathtoll and seek its treasures.

Stage 1

I will use my amulet to enter Deathtoll and seek its treasures.

Start:	I can now enter Deathtoll and plunder its treasures.
Complete:	I was unable to get past a massive burst of fire. There doesn't seem to be any way to progress further.

I was unable to get past a wall of flame inside Deathtoll.

Stage 2

I was unable to get past the jet of flames that hit me inside Deathtoll. I will go back to Nagafen and see if he knows how to get past it.

Start:	I will ask Nagafen how to get past the flames inside Deathtoll.
Complete:	Nagafen told me how to get past the flames of Deathtoll.

I spoke to Lord Nagafen. He gave me one of his scales and told me to take it to his armorer, who can make it into a shield that should allow me to get past the wall of flame.

Stage 3

Lord Nagafen has given me one of his scales. He says his armorsmith in Solusek's Eye can fasion it into a shield that will defend me against the flames in Deathtoll.

Start:	I must take the scale of Nagafen to Keortor Talyse in Solusek's Eye.
Complete:	I have obtained the shield from Nagafen's armorsmith.

Nagafen's armorsmith forged me a shield from the dragon's own scale that should protect me from the flames in Deathtoll.

After failing to get past a burst of deadly flame inside Deathtoll, I returned to Lord Nagafen and asked for his help. He gave me one of his scales and sent to me his armorer, who made me a shield that can withstand the flame. Now I can enter Deathtoll safely and seek out its treasures. However, it seems I am doubly in the debt of Lord Nagafen. He will no doubt call this marker due at some point in the future.

after you enter Deathtoll, and go to the flameshield, which i did solo and invised, i was able to sneak past the entrance mobs and the mob standing on the shield didnt see my invis. after this i returned to Naggy, who then sent me to talk to his armorer, Keortor Talyse, in Solesk's Eye he is just outside the entrance to the zone The Infernal Forge of Ages at -62.4, -626.24, -57.41 i sopke with him and he made my flameshield for me.

You only need to have one person that has compelted it..they can walk through the wall and turn it off so the rest of the raid force can get through.

Does only 1 person in the raid need to wear the Flameshield? I've been to DT 3 times now and I haven't finished my DT access yet, and only 2 people in my raid force had it completed.
