Go and speak with Ishaq Al'Nair. In case you forgot, he can be found at 1858.07, -294.86, 3474.17 .
Once you have done that, return to Alim Dabir. This time he is at 1939.32, -299.67, 3301.80 .
Hailing him will finish the quest and give you Just a Jump to the Left.

Return the components to Alim Dabir out on the balcony in front of the Hall of Wizardry.

Start:	Return to Alim on the balcony in front of the Hall of Wizardry.
Complete:	You have returned to Alim.

You have returned the components to Alim Dabir.

You have obtained the supplies Alim needed for his research.
