Freeport to Qeynos Betrayal  

This quest is obsolete

This is the quest to betray from Freeport faction to Qeynos faction. You may start this quest at level 10 (though it is unlikely that you will be able to complete it until your mid-teens) but before turning 18. You will not be able to progress past level 17 until you complete it. It is initiated by speaking with Stilus Graphium.

Stilus will send you to speak to Kenjedeau in The Serpent Sewer. He will teleport you in to a special instanced area. Once there you must kill the NPCs that are in this zone. They are level 15-16.

Once you have defeated them you can exit the instanced zone. Upon doing so you will be killed by the Overlord for your defiance. You will lose this spirit shard, and have to play with the loss of spirit for three days. You will also be teleported into the cemetary in The Commonlands, forever exiled from Freeport.

You will be standing next to Executioner Selindi. Speak to him. You must now head to speak to Vishra in Antonica (-1927, +755). Sounds easier than it really is.

First you must run thorugh The Commonlands to Nektulos Forest. This is located near Zarvonn's Tower. Once you are in Nektulos Forest you will find yourself in a zone with many aggro mobs, and nothing is less than level 20.

The quickest way through Nektulos Forest is to turn left at the entrance and follow the river until you can see a road on your left. Then flip a U Turn and follow that road straight until you reach the beaches of Port Naythex. From there you should head to the docks and ring the bell that is labeled The Thundering Steppes.

The Thundering Steppes is a much easier zone to run through, as most of the mobs are non-aggro that you msut pass. Simply follow the road and stay right at each curve until you reach Antonica. It is a relatively short run.

Once in Antonica you must speak to Vishra (-1927, +755). He will give you several kill tasks. Kill the following NPCs (you will need a group for most of this):

• 500 Gnolls in Antonica or Blackburrow
• Crugybar The Rock in the mines of Blackburrow
• Dancoed of the Pine north of Blackburrow in Antonica
• Nantglas The Cold in Blackburrow
• Sarn the Wayfarer in Antonica (near the entrance to Thundering Steppes by the Keep of the Gnollslayers)
• Towyn the Lazy in Antonica

After killing these mobs return to Vishra in Antonica. He will send you to speak to Timothy Cooper in Antonica (-1351, -879). He will send you to speak to Felzik Dursin in Antonica.

Felzik Dursin is found in the woods south of windstalkers village. Stand on the road around loc -2200 -300, and you should see him walking in the area. Felzik is not aggro originally, but after you speak to him he will turn aggro. Kill him and then speak to Vishra.

Next you must speak to Darvin Gallowyn who is upstairs at the Oracle Tower (-1032, +14, -629) in Antonica. He will ask you a series of questions. Answer these correctly or you will have to pay a 2gp fine.

After answering his questions speak to Wolfgang Constantine in Antonica (-460, 1, +558).

From there speak to Sialla Windwhisper in Antonica. She is found near the Keep of the Gnollslayers. She will send you back to Vishra.

Vishra sends you to speak to Lower Magistrate Rachelle in Antonica (-390, +5, +270 in the tower). She will then send you back to Vishra who will complete the quest.
