4. You receive Pestilent Serum 92C
5. Cure 12 blighted citizens in Qeynos using the Pestilent Serum 92C. HINT: The guards can direct you to these woebegotten folks, ask for directions to "blighted".
6. Return to Seeress Ealaynya Ithis
7. She has had a vision of a supposed healer who is actually spreading the contagion! Look for the dark robed one to be lurking in South Qeynos behind the mane of the lion and above the bells within the shadow of the crown.
• When you approach 576, -10, 118, behind The Lion's Mane Inn in South Qeynos, you will be attacked by Putnam Chortlewhirl. Defend yourself!
