Get this quest from Baelfang during or after the quest Fond Memories. She wants you to help make the Wayward more comfortable.

1. Examine the pile of bedrolls next to Baelfang. You receive a List of supplies that are needed and Notes on Useful Supplies for Baelfang is put in your recipe book.
2. Go to one of the Engraved Desks and make the "Notes on Useful Supplies" recipe and you will scribe "Matoppie Blanket" and "Matoppie Pillow" recipes.
3. Make two Matoppie Blankets and two Matoppie Pillows at a Sewing Table. The items, when created, are Matoppie Pillow and Matoppie Blanket.
4. Leave the items near the injured Wayward on the ground near Baelfang. Look for the green shiny.
5. Speak to Baelfang.
