Phase 1

• It's recommended that you start the series by visiting a D.I.R.T.Y. Recruiter in any of the zones that have a carpet to The Sinking Sands as they offer experience and achievement just for speaking to them.
• Speak to Jimbo McDaniel in the Stilled Sea area of the Sinking Sands to start the actual series. He is at the Excavation Encampment at -1378.81, -168.37, -738.05.
• See Zastik Togginscog for crafting quests!
• Jimbo sells a wide variety of rewards for D.I.R.T.Y. Money.
• New Collection Quest: Trinkets: Excavation Trinkets Collection. Buy an excavation Helmet from Jimbo McDaniel for 10 D.I.R.T.Y. Money. Equip it to see the shinies for this collection. Note: Not all shines will be available until part two of the GU49 live event starts.

Phase 2

• D.I.R.T.Y. Phase 2 is scheduled to go live October 28 through November 17, 2008
• In phase two the excavation site closes down and all NPCs can be found at the first site around Jimbo.
• Researcher Aillena has some new quests (she will be at -1356, -167, -760 in phase 2.)
• Bilgeron will continue to offer the quest, Must Have More Power
• Crafting quests are still available.
• The rest of the shinies for Trinkets: Excavation Trinkets Collection become available.

Guild Hall Construction

Qeynos and Freeport need help acquiring materials to build guild halls. See:

• Director Jasmine at the Antonica dock
• Director Hezreal at the Commonlands dock.

Rewards are status and several goodies depending on how many you complete. According to the Fan Faire: EverQuest II Guild Hall Preview:

	You do 10 of them, you get a house item that reduces your player housing status; you do 20 you get a statue, a mini version for your house; you do 30 you get a title of "the Constructor."
