1. Head to the Stonebrunt Encampment and take the Temporal Guide to Kerra Isle.
2. Once there, head to 1421.16, 24.14, 2123.44 Copy (in the kobold area) and click the plant.
3. Return to Jin'tu in Kejaan's Rill.
