I have agreed to assist the Ragebourne in establishing a teleportation network between several of Kael Drakkel major districts. To do such, I must bring unattuned warp stones to several of the Ragebourne Wayfarers hidden in each district. My current mission is to establish a link between the Ragebourne Base Camp and Nobles District.

Stage 1

I must journey to Nobles District and find the hidden Ragebourne Wayfarer.

Start:	Find the Ragebourne Wayfarer in the Nobles District
Complete:	I found Aggie Winthrop

I've found Aggie Winthrop, the Ragebourne Wayfarer assigned to Nobles District.

Stage 2

Before he can attune the warp stone, I must help Aggie Winthrop with her current dilemma.

Start:	Collect Sentinel Crows
Complete:	I found all the Sentinel Crows

Start:	Return the crows to Aggie Winthrop
Complete:	I spoke with Aggie Winthrop

Now that I have assisted Aggie, she has attuned the warp stone for me.

Stage 3

Aggie Winthrop has attuned the Nobles District warp stone. I must now return it to Caerwyn Thomlin back at the Ragebourne Base Camp.

Start:	Return to Caerwyn Thomlin
Complete:	I returned to Caerwyn Thomlin

I returned the warp stone back to Caerwyn Thomlin and established a link between the Nobles District and the Ragebourne Base Camp.

Return to Aggie.
Return to Caerwyn Thomlin to complete the quest.
