Speak to Anton the Mad at -456.44, 11.15, -26.48 Copy in Obol Plains to begin this quest.

1. Gather roots from the bluish bushes around the Tourbillion at -726, -1, 99 Copy .
2. Kill 6 Wayward thaumaturges. One of their camps is around -484, -14, 139 Copy . More camps at -426, -9, -247 Copy .
3. Examine Anton's Docial Attal in your inventory. Mix it with leather and roots.
4. Catch 2 Tuataras using the bridle elixir bauble.
5. Bring them to Anton the Mad to complete the quest.

After completing this quest, you can obtain the book Sovereignties of Qeynos from the Qeynos or Freeport libraries.
