This is 14 of 16 in a series of Qeynos bounty quests for Exiles.

Speak to Gil McMartin at -923, -48, 14 in The Commonlands to begin this quest.

Use world bell to head to Zek, The Orcish Wastes.
Once there, head towards Three Toes Valley. Taking the intra-zone horse transportation is the easiest and safest way there.
At about 553.73, -21.32, -253.13 , Graderal Shanksplitter will pop and attack you. Kill him.
Return to Gil McMartin at -923.36, -47.93, 13.84 in The Commonlands to complete the quest.

I must kill an orc named Graderal Shanksplitter near the large wood mill in Three Toe's Watering Hole in Orcish Wastes. Graderal is responsible for the death of Qeynosian emissaries sent to Zek to assist those already attempted to tame it.
