You have obtained a wide sampling of the vermin for Zafirah Aamira in Paineel.

Head out to 1478.91, -116.27, 3059.93 near Old Paineel and start killing rats inside the cave. You need to kill the following:

Once done, return to Zafirah Aamira ( 1658.95, -267.06, 3174.47 ) to complete the quest.
