Speak to Outrider Metinga at 3502, -991, 1207 Copy in Cobalt Scar to begin this quest.

thistlebloom roots

1. Kill 6 cobalt brownhides (the nearby bears).
2. Gather 8 thistlebloom roots. These are found near the trees and look like yellow-flower shrubs. They are difficult to differentiate from ground flora if you have it turned on, but they do have a sparkle effect. Known locations:
• 3463, -990, 1158 Copy
• 3541, -989, 1162 Copy
• 3626, -1003, 1228 Copy
• 3475, -985, 1102 Copy
• 3456, -989, 1131 Copy
• 3448, -980, 1058 Copy
• 3531, -980, 1091 Copy
• 3509, -986, 1120 Copy
3. Return to Metinga.
4. Go back to the Eerie Encampment and use the Visible Flora Echoes that Metinga gave you.
5. Speak to Outrider Metinga to complete the quest.

Metinga's next quest will be available after you complete Storian's quest Caught by the Tail.
