Talas Farin sends you to talk to a Concordium researcher,
- Speak to Stara Vincent in the Concordium Tower (up the red teleporter at 703, 41, 104 ).
- Meet Stara in the Elddar Grove at a lone tree 576, -20, -273 (the ROI is deceptive, go behind the wall).
- Hail her, and Investigator Rashlas steps out and kills her.
- Three crazed Freeblood leap out and attack you while Rashias gets away.
- Return to Talas.
