After examining a bloodied idol you found off a fallen foe, you have an unexplainable urge to remove the hearts of the sattar here in the Feerrott.

Stage 1

You are driven to remove the hearts of the sattar here in the Feerrott.

Start:	Remove the hearts of the sattar here in the Feerrott.
Complete:	I've taken another heart from one of the sattar.

The desire to remove the hearts of the sattar still fills you.

I've removed the hearts of many sattar here in the Feerrott, but now that I've done this I can't imagine why I would do such a thing.

This quest is initiated by examining a "Bloodied Idol". This item is dropped on monsters in the Feerrott (Huuptics, Spiders, Sattars and Lizardmen confirmed).

You must kill 15 Sattars in the Feerrott. The reward is experience.
