Start:	Return the ancient rune to a Teleport Trainer.
Complete:	You have returned the ancient rune to a Teleport Trainer

After returning the ancient rune to my teleport trainer, I was granted the knowledge of Portal: Kylong Plains and Translocate: Kylong Plains.
