they have lowered the rewards to match the zone now

I did this quest while some one was doing the other tower quest and the named poped up so i killed them and did my quest fast
I got my reward

The quest was lowered to match the lowered zone level, but the rewards never were changed. So now I have a level 59 item for a level 33 quest... oh well

I found a goblin chest in one of the towers at the Bloodforge Gates. It will not open, but it does have a slot that holds the whipcracker ringlet that Captain T.B. Irontoe gave me. The slot looks like it can hold two more ringletts within the one I have.

Stage 1

If there are two other ringlets that need to be applied to the slot on the strongbox, then there should be a clue somewhere that will tell me where they are.

Start:	Search for hints on the whereabouts of the final two ringlets.
Complete:	I read the Boombottom duty list.

I read a note on the wall that hints that there are two Boombottom officers that arrive here at the Bloodforge Gate under special circumstances.

Stage 2

According to the Boombottom duty list, Captains Bangboom and Powboom visit the towers at Bloodforge Gate. I must find them and slay them.

Start:	I need to find a way to lure Captain Bangboom to one of the towers.
Complete:	I have claimed the ringlet of Captain Bangboom.

Start:	I need to find a way to lure Captain Powboom to one of the towers.
Complete:	I have claimed the ringlet of Captain Powboom.

I slew the two captains and claimed their ringlets.

Stage 3

I need to return to the Boombottom strongbox and use the ringlets as keys to open it.

Start:	I need to open the Boombottom strongbox.
Complete:	I opened the Boombottom strongbox.

I used the ringlets as keys to open the Boombottom strongbox.

The ringlets proved to be keys that only work when combined. They opened a Boombottom clan chest at the Bloodforge Gate in Kaladim. There must be other ringlets and other chests all over Kaladim.

Command of the Serilian language is required to start or complete this quest.

That ringlet you got in the last quest is curious. Search for hints on the whereabouts of the final two ringlets.

Examine the Boombottom Strongbox on the 2nd floor of the eastern tower. ( -21,44,-128 ) This will give you the quest.
Examine the poster at ( -25, 28, -127 ) (requires knowledge of the Serilian language)

Lure out Captain Bangboom by completing a ring event in the East Tower.
Lure out Captain Powboom by completing a ring event in the West Tower.

Complete the ring events by wiping out all three floors. After this, more goblins will spawn on the 1st and 2nd floors. Once this wave is defeated, the Captain of that tower should spawn up on either the 2nd or top floor.

Return to the Boombottom Strongbox and insert the two rings. This will complete the quest.
