This mob is only out during Bristlebane Day and is for the Patchcraft Slayer Achievements. It will appear as an NPC and change to a one-level-lower agro mob as you approach. It may be tamed as a warder. When you find one and kill it another immediately spawns. Kill that one and a third - always a patchwork keeper instead of the original type - spawns. Keepers do not update the Achievement, but drop a chest with 3 Fool's Gold Coins. Taming one to be a warder breaks the spawn cycle.
