The Legendary Staff of the Observers  

Recovered from the lair of the kobold king Grikbar, the Scourge of Steamfont. The staff was first located by Vhizz Frugrin as he used the enhanced observatory telescope called "Blinkie". I don't think the enhancements survived the ambitions of the tinkering gnome...
