Right-click scepter and select 'Touch the Scepter'

Casts 'Power of Fyr'Un' (tree icon in buff bar)

• Increases Combat HP Regen of target by 5.0%
• Increases Combat Mana Regen of target by 5.0%
• Increases Mitigation of target vs magic and divine damage by 158
• Duration: 60 minutes
